McDonald's in Ingolstadt

Corona measures are good (see video). It has a huge parking. It is located just 5 Min walk away from the Nordbahnhof train station. The food was all good nothing to complain. In case of coffee though the quantity is good, the taste is so-so. I would prefer bakery coffee. Toilets are not clean.

If you manage to get what you ordered in the bag, I would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it happens very often that the right one is not packed or is even forgotten.

Double cheeseburger and McChicken ordered via app. Received wrong goods at McDrive and complained immediately. Then parked and waited upon request. After more than 20 minutes, no one came. Since my lunch break was over I drove to the parking lot and went to the restaurant to ask for my money back. I got a McChicken and two chicken burgers (?) To make amends. Since the lady then took forever to bring me the money, I drove back with the wrong goods and without a refund. This branch is a disaster.

After waiting 20 minutes (because of 3 apple bags and more) I was kindly given my cold meal and since the manager was so friendly and didn't rely on the coupon I paid 4 € more for my cold meal, my 2 apple bags were crushed like can be seen in the pictures and I was allowed to watch how an employee poured the cold fries into the warm ones and mixed them and packed them back in the same bag and put them back on the shelf for resale so I am completely satisfied and wish everyone one Enjoy your meal!

The staff do not understand me due to a lack of language skills. I have to learn Arabic to be able to order something. I have now been there four times to order milk shakes and each time either one too many, one too little or the wrong taste was delivered. Extremely unfriendly staff who did not master the 1x1. If you make a mistake with the order, they always argue and threaten the police until we accept it and just leave. Next time I prefer to drive 10 kilometers more to the Westpark, because it tastes much better and I get what I ordered !! The last juice shop! The fact that the branches of a company differ so much should not really be accepted by the franchisor!

Worst Mc Donalds Ingolstadt. Getting worse and worse, getting rude, unable to speak normally. Too lazy to explain or describe. And when I eat, I keep finding small bones in the meat of citizens for years or at least a cartilage that I no longer want to eat.

Food served neatly and quickly. The building is clean and tidy.

You can overdo it with Corona! Have two toilets, but only 1 of them can be used to keep your distance, although you also wear a face mask But outside in the corridor the ladies are allowed to stand around and wait ... Ordered 5 sauces and didn't get a single one, get back in the queue and wait until you have everything together. Otherwise everyone was friendly, the food was nothing to complain about, everything was clean.

We didn't have to wait long for the dish and our drinks. It was great because we had a lot of coal steam that evening, the place is fine all the time and we had a wonderful afternoon there. Certainly I will come here with my business partners and I can count on being looked after immaculately. The seating is very comfortable and the distance between the seats is extremely reasonable. There you don't get the feeling of eating fish in a tin in the evening.

They had an audit today, so the staff was better than Copenhague's Noma

The dirtyest McDonald's I have ever been in very understaffed. And what staff were doing very little no floor staff. Trays mounting. Ashtrays full outside.. and as with all mcD on a hot day no ice cream or milkshake machines working.

One of the worst McDonald’s I have visited in all of Europe. The service was slow and the employees seemed overwhelmed with the amount of orders being place. The bathrooms were dirty and the toilets did not flush.

Food was served quickly, 1 star for that. Fries was without salt and fried in heavily used oil. The big mac was ok, not enough sauce.
